This place is fairly clean and charming, and the breakfast was gorgeous with tasteful food and excellent service in a good location, relatively near Doge's Palace, positioned in a very nice area.

Had a really good stay, the hotel is quirky and gorgeous.

it was fairly clean and the staff were very helpful and expert, beds were large. the food was incredible at the restaurant. it was in a magnificent and incredible location a super close walk to doge's palace. the...  

The hotel is ideally located just next to San Marco Square. I was quite pleasently surprised by the size of the room (we had a double superior room) and of bathroom, considering the location. Quite clean, good value for money, in my opinion....  

We really enjoyed our rooms with a view. The staff was caring and efficient.- The hotel had an absolutely incredible location just minutes from Saint Mark's Square.

The hotel is in a marvellous location further away from the square. Hearty breakfast, thanks a lot.

How to describe this experience.. Very difficult to qualify. It could have been great, but no! The room is very big, nice, well equipped, very clean, with many plugs, with frigobar, very good air conditioning,...  

The place has a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from a covered bridge, near over 8 stops, St Mark's Square, and Italy for business.

We loved the modern Venetian-style double room, the fabulous location right next to Plaza of San Marco, and the proximity to St Mark's Square.

perfect location, friendly staff, fair additional fares for e.g. mini bar, internet etc., very good and varible breakfast

old furniture, shower cabbin does not have a door! holes in walls from removed conditioner

The room was beautifully appointed. The evening staff was particularly helpful with directions and recomendations.

I like to a have hot water kettle in my room for tea in the morning. I find it makes my mornings more relaxing to have tea before I have to dress.

I liked the modern bathroom in the double room and appreciated having the option for wake-up service.

The place has a modern design and caring staff. Rooms are nicely furnished and well-appointed in this hip new hotel.- Great facilities.- Excellent location next to an enclosed bridge.- Only a 20-minute walk to downtown.

this hotel was exactly as depicted on the website, no surprises. the service was wonderful - the gentleman who checked us in spoke english very well, and made sure everything was accurate with our information and booking. he even offered us an umbrella if we didn't have one. the location is ideal, the breakfast is good, though light. breakfast brought to the room was awesome, very romantic vs. a larger buffet.

Delicious breakfast, probably the best I've had in a while. They had a nice variety of food options, including fresh fruits 🍎. The location was amazing, just a minute away from Ala Napoleonica.
